Breathwork
Kriya Breathwork was invented by Yogi Lahiri Mahasaya (1892-1895). Originally used by incorporating Kriya breathwork into Yoga for different states of mind to be achieved. Breathworks’s roots stem from Ayurvedic tradition from beyond a Millennia. These practices are still in use today. We will not be doing yoga.
Breathwork is an intense tool for clearing out the energetic blocks, traumas, and stuck negative energies in the body. This is done by bringing in large quantities of life force (Prana) aka. oxygen 😄
During these sessions, participants will be laying down on a comfortable surface. I will guide you through all steps of the session. This is a hands-on process.
*Breathwork is not suitable for pregnant women, or during menstruation, or anyone with cardiovascular/ heart issues. Please limit food intake 3 hours prior to your session*
